The Shoalhaven on the South Coast of NSW is truly a paradise. From its deep blue waters to its white sand beaches, it's easy to see why this is one of Australia's favourite holiday spots. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, Shoalhaven has something for everyone If you're feeling adventurous, there are plenty of activities such as kayaking, surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, and fishing. The Shoalhaven is also known for its spectacular whale-watching opportunities, with hundreds of whales passing through the area each year.
Cruise along to Kangaroo Valley town where you'll find your classic Aussie country pub and cafés, but the antiques seem to be the local specialty there. Kangaroo Valley General Store & Cafe go above and beyond with a selection awesome food including home-brew kombucha, house-baked bread and some great scones! We highly recommend the sauerkraut & avocado sandwich!
A family run boutique vineyard and winery which offers a diverse range of delicious Estate grown and made wines. The restaurant is open for lunch from 11am every Friday, Saturday and Sunday and selected public holidays. The menu is updated seasonally so there is always something new to try. Bookings recommended!
Just a 15min drive away is the beautiful town of Berry. Once you're in Berry, you can spend a day drinking coffee and eating delicious pastries from Milkwood Bakery, have lunch at Queen St. and gelato from the ice cream shop on the main street, or try a hot doughnut from the Famous Donut Van. Explore the old relics at the Berry Museum, go boutique shopping, or wine tasting at their local Winery, Two Figs.
