From the original 1851 heritage cottage to the character-filled Barn Cabin and spacious Farmhouse, each dwelling has its own story and character.

Rose & Barn Country Cottages is a private country estate centred around its main Homestead, The Farmhouse, accompanied by two distinctive guest houses: the heritage Rose Cottage and the character-filled Barn Cabin.
Together, they create a unique country retreat where families and friends can gather, celebrate and reconnect, enjoying the space and privacy of three separate dwellings within one beautiful estate.

The heart of the estate, The Farmhouse is a spacious two-storey country homestead featuring four beautifully appointed bedrooms, generous living spaces and private ensuites, offering a welcoming place for family and friends to gather.
THE TWO GUEST HOUSES
Distinctive in character, each with its own story. Together with the Farmhouse, they complete the Rose & Barn country estate.
Bedroom Configuration
The estate offers a flexible accommodation arrangement across the main Homestead and two accompanying guest houses, with separate living spaces allowing families and friends to enjoy time together while maintaining their own privacy.
